Rethinking Trauma
In this episode, Carol and her guest, Helen McConnell, discuss misconceptions about trauma and how trauma begins. If you are a Change Catalyst working with clients, you’ll gain a more nuanced understanding of what trauma is and how it may show up in your clients’ life stories.
Helen is an expert at seeing the threads of our emotional past and helping us resolve and release traumatic memories from our nervous system. She helps people retain the learning from the experience and release the emotions that have us recreating situations over and over again.
